Precedent has been set. Former Presidents can now be charged and arrested.
News outlets and others are worried about Trump “sending them to Guantanamo Bay”.
People would not mention something like this unless there are crimes committed worthy of this statement.
This could be a gigantic boomerang that they were not expecting.
